Review of Vince Delmonte’s No Nonsense Muscle Building

To be honest, what people would probably think when they see the cover of Vince Delmonte’s “No Nonsense Muscle Building” is, “What a rip-off!”

Which is unfortunate, since it’s one of the best programs that have been made to date. This e-book contains a program which details a whole year of workouts. This enables the guy (or girl) who has a hard time gaining muscle to really build up properly and get a balanced, muscled body which would not look out of place on the pages of a fitness magazine.

If you want to have a really bulky look, then this program isn’t for you. This “over-steroids” look is actually the easier one to achieve. It’s the look that simply makes you look ripped that is harder, since it involves a careful balance of exercise and diet in order to reach it.

The way he starts of is the exact opposite of every other fitness trainer. Instead of dressing you down and exposing you to be a fat, lazy slob, he encourages you to get out there to let loose that fit and healthy person you are hiding inside. But there’s no coddling here. It’s tough love all the way.

And forget the excuses that you were born that way! No genes, no metabolism problems, and no fault of nature made you who you are now, and Vince makes sure that you realize that. The only one who is keeping yourself looking that way is you and those mistaken notions that you’re stuck looking that way forever.

And it’s not just weight-lifting that is covered in this program. Vince takes other things into consideration, too. There are no other programs that incorporate flexibility training into the muscle-building program. This unfortunate oversight produces people who are bulked up with muscles, true, but will not be able to reach their toes easily or stretch their arms behind their backs. They’re stuck with puffy-looking muscles that are too cramped to allow them to move properly. What a waste!

Most of these body builders lack endurance as well. How many times have you seen a heavily built guy who gets out of breath after just one turn around the oval? Vince makes sure that this won’t happen to you. Apart from flexibility, endurance training is part and parcel of his training program.

And all this happens with a single strategy that is a secret of many body builders that boast a beautiful body filled with flexibility, endurance, and balance muscles: there’s nothing instant in it at all. It’s just plain hard work and the right knowledge that can give you the body that you are looking for.

There’s no supplements or weight-loss pills involved here. Neither are there monotonous diets filled with a single “superfood” that is supposed to make you build muscle and lose weight without doing anything at all. You won’t wind up with any shortcuts, either.

Once you’ve got that straight and start following the program, you’ll find out that you gain muscle slowly but in the right places. And, the muscle sticks. It’s not the type of muscle that you need to pump up so you look good on the beach for just a few hours. It’s a permanent effect that will stay with you 24/7.

Plus, you’ll be trained with the basic principles which are guaranteed to give you the best results. These are the principles which some trainers hold in secret or worse, forget to teach you so you end up just wasting your efforts. If you follow them religiously, though, you’ll end up with a body which everyone will be sure to envy.

Since Vince Delmonte holds that knowledge is the key to your being at your best, he makes sure that each principle is thoroughly explained.

Even what other people may consider basic bodybuilding terms as “intense workouts,” “progressive overload,” and “heavy weights.” After all, bodybuilder jargon isn’t something that everybody understands.

For example, a lot of beginning bodybuilders think that if light weights are good, then heavier weights must be better. Or they would build up faster if they worked out everyday. Trust Vince to dash thinking of that sort. It’s only when the body is allowed to rest after the muscles are torn during a weightlifting workout that the muscles build up. And handling weights that are too heavy for you won’t get you any rewards except body injuries.

There are other exercises for you to do during the recovery periods, though. This is the time to concentrate on your flexibility and endurance training exercises to make you not only look but be completely balanced.

You’ll also find an explanation of how hormones work for your good. Vince doesn’t advocate steroids or excess hormones. Rather, he explains clearly how the body needs hormones in order to build up and how to get those hormones to their optimal levels through diet and training.

Vince Delmonte’s No Nonsense Muscle Building Diet:

Best of all, there are no weird things to do when you’re using the program. All his basic techniques are founded on scientific facts and practicality. His workouts are again based on classic, accepted exercises which he was able to put together in such a way to get you the best results possible. And there’s nothing unusual about the food; except it doesn’t look so much like a diet than it does the most delicious food you’ve ever had in a wide variety that won’t leave you bored. His brilliance here is in his packaging, and the way that he packages his message of no-nonsense discipline is just plain genius.

To complete the program, you’ll also get an honest review on the more popular supplements, diets for eighty four days (unbelievable when others give you a stingy week and you become ecstatic with two weeks) for five calorie levels (again, more than the usual three) plus an exercise simulator.

You could of course pay a little more and get yourself the deluxe version which includes personal consultations over email, meal plans which cut the fat, which are budget conscious, and which cater to vegetarians. Finally a health instructor who recognizes that you don’t need red meat in order to be healthy!

A great bonus is the audio e-book which you can download onto your MP3 player or iPod and just listen to when you need a little pick-me-up for inspiration.

While everything in the e-book is all basic exercises and acknowledged bodybuilding wisdom, the way the routine is arranged is what you’re really paying for. You don’t get stuck with a boring, repetitious, monotonous routine, but really challenge your body with a workout which keeps your body constantly re-adapting to different weights, reps, and sets. But, each change just improves on the other. It’s not something that just thrown together but you can see that he gave each step a lot of thought.

It’s something you don’t need to think about, either. When you purchase the book, you get your whole workout for the year! You’ll just need to click on the day and you’ll have your workout all ready for you, just like if Vince was right beside you to coach you. And it’s not just a laundry list of exercises, either. You’ll be getting precise instructions that leave little chance to you doing the exercises the wrong way as well as tips to make the most of them.

All in all, it’s a small price to pay for such a personal workout. And it works – Vince Delmonte himself is living proof that it does.
